Warm house in Christchurch with friendly people

£625 including bills (heat, electric, WiFi, water, council tax)

Sunny and warm double room in quiet Christchurch. Female only. It’s a very warm house in the winter and very cold in the summer which we love!

Hi I’m gee and I’m 25. I live with my mum Sally. We both work from home, I have an office and my mum uses the annex or lounge usually. We usually spend our free time in the house cooking or watching tv.

You are welcome to use the annex space for Pilates or fitness if that’s your thing, I am usually up early in the mornings but I am quiet. Sally is a night owl so we are familiar with either routine haha.

I do occasionally look after dogs on Rover so you do have to be comfortable around dogs:) happy to consider a well behaved dog that doesn’t shed as I am allergic so can only handle a week or so at a time.

The room comes furnished and the bed does pull out into a double, it’s currently only got a single mattress so you’d just need to purchase another Ikea single. We also have a spare tv if you need!

There is lots of free parking space on the road we live on too!

We have a weekly cleaner who comes on a Friday morning who does all the shared areas. Great WiFi and large garden. Also have 2 sheds.

2 bathrooms and 1 shower.
