I have a lovely bright double room within my modern apartment in Christchurch (live in landlord) The room has wardrobes, double bed with mattress, chest of draws, storage trunk and bedside tables. The room comes with its own private en-suite.

The apartment has a large living space with smart tv and high bandwidth internet. Kitchen (inc washing machine). There is a little patio area which gets the sun in peak time in the summer and there is ample off road private parking. All modern furniture, wooden floors throughout, with minimalist decor.

Superb location. It is located next to Quomps park with River Stour, with 5 minute walk to the Town Centre and all modern conveniences including shops, restaurants, train station and river. Priory is 5 mins walk.

I am looking for a professional housemate who is clean, tidy, considerate, respects boundaries and who will respect my home as i do. My partying days are over so i would like someone with a similar lifestyle who appreciates peace and quiet like i do! ☺️

I enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking, going on holidays, gym, meditation, paddle boarding, being sociable, chilling and cooking. I do work from home so would prefer the person to work outside the home.
