We are looking for a lodger to share our 3 storey home. You will share the top floor, with a lady who is a student. Top floor has 2 large bedsit rooms a bathroom and kitchenette. It will suit a likeminded lady who wants a peaceful quiet home.
Middle floor has an open plan kitchen/ dining/ sitting room/ south facing large outside balcony shared by all.
A guest bedroom on middle floor, which is used by my son and girlfriend, who are away travelling at the moment.
Integrated garage with washing machine and separate dryer.
Landlord lives in private flat downstairs with pets.
We have a cat that shares the house as well.
The Meridians is a lovely secure area with access to walks along the river Stour.
