The property is in a very nice quiet residential area. Easy access to A338, with connections in and out of Bournemouth. Not far from Bournemouth Airport and Christchurch town centre, also close to Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan, near to all local bus routes as well. Close to St Catherines Hill for nice walks and mountain bike trails, etc.
