This spacious accommodation is on the 1st floor (upstairs) in a semi-detached 4 Bed house. A very friendly household with a kitchen situated on the ground floor (downstairs) exclusively shared with only one other long term very quiet lodger and has all mod cons including your own fridge, washing machine and a small breakfast bar.

We, (Marty & Jo) live on the ground floor downstairs and are always on hand :)

Ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months or more. Our previous lodger was here for 7 years! We are all easy going and extremely friendly to talk to with a brilliant sense of humour!

The local shop, fish & chip shop and bus stop are all at the end of the road. Christchurch town centre & High street is a couple minutes walk. Very close to beaches & shops.

Within easy reach to Bournemouth. Christchurch train station is just 2 roads away. Bournemouth station is a 7 minute train journey.
