Furnished double room with TV and wi fi

This would be a safe house and area for a female.
I have a double bedroom fully furnished bedding included if needed, the photo doesn't show all the room it's a lot bigger than is shown.

The house is well presented with all amenities close to hand.

The shower/ bathroom is shared but only with myself and my son.

The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine iron etc.

There is a patio decking area and garden.
There are local bus stops and food convenience shops near by.

All bills are included (excluding food and toiletries) plus free wifi.

lastly I have a dog but he is very friendly :0)
