We are located in a friendly cul-de-sac in Mudeford/Christchurch, close to Highcliffe.
The house is a fairly standard, detached, 3 bed semi and it is easily spacious enough for three to share. I know this because I have been renting the two spare rooms out successfully for several years.
There is off road parking for one more, a shed for a bike and loft space for excess baggage.
You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, there is a local shop and we are less than a mile from Sainsburys.
You will have your own double room and shared access to to the bathroom (it works really well), lounge and kitchen - we also have a good system to share the cupboards, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Unfortunately Rajani is leaving us to work in Oxford so you are welcome to consider joining me and Natalie. So, I look forward to hearing from you, Simon.
