We have 2 friendly cats but they do not go upstairs.

Quiet family house, Would suit a person studying in Bournemouth as so easy to catch the train or walking distance (2 mins) to bus stops or person working in London to commute and be able to live in beautiful Christchurch. Would also benefit someone looking to purchase locally and use as excellent base or for the perfect location for a great holiday. No parking for a car as permit holders only although you could leave your car at home and just walk over the road to the train station.
