The property is situated just off the High Street in Christchurch and very near to the Priory and Castle/River and all local amenities [buses, restaurants, pubs, shops, theatre, rail station etc].
The property is historic and quite unusual in that it is a converted stables which internally has been completely refurbished 5 years ago.
The room is a single bedroom with share of the kitchen, lounge, family bathroom incl wc with additional wc downstairs and with all the usual amenities including wi-fi internet
I used to work in the City but now work locally. I am a young 50 year old with children living away although my 11 year old son normally stays one night each week as does my 20 year old son. However they are nice boys and are not intrusive.
I would like to think I am pretty easy going sort of person and friendly/social/approachable.
My interests are quite diverse and include all manner of sport, socialising, writing and I am a responsible and caring type of person in that I provide pro bono advice to people with problems normally legal or financial advice.
