Private Annex with Garden & All Bills Included

A bright and private self-contained Annex available for a Winter Let from November 2025 to March 2026 in a quiet area on the outskirts of Wimborne Minster. The location offers easy access to Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch beaches, Bournemouth Airport, and local shops and amenities.

The Annex is completely private with its own entrance and off-road parking for one car. Inside there’s a kitchenette with an induction hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave (please note there is no oven or washing machine, but there’s a laundromat at the end of the road). The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, clothes rail, suitcase holder, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The space also has a private garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ area – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee.

I live in the main house with my two friendly Doodles. They don’t have access to the Annex, but you might occasionally hear them playing in my garden.

The Annex is available on a monthly rolling agreement, and the rent is £850 per month including all bills, Wi-Fi and council tax. I’m looking for a solo professional who will appreciate the space and be comfortable with very occasional house viewings (with notice) as the main property is going on the market in November. I’m also open to Monday–Friday lets at a reduced rate.
