The Annex is completely private with a separate entrance from the main house. There is free off-road parking at the front of the property for one car. The front door to the Annex leads onto the kitchenette that has an induction hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and glassware can be provided. Please note there is no oven or washing machine in the Annex, however there is a laundromat at the end of the road with washer and dryer machines. There is fast WIFI included throughout the property.
In the bedroom you will find a lovely double bed. A clothes rail and suitcase holder provides clothes storage space. There is a hairdryer, heater, and a Smart TV with all standard channels and access to streaming services.
The Annex has a secure private garden with a charcoal BBQ and dining furniture. The area has fantastic cycle routes and trails.
Other things to note
We have two friendly Doodles who live in the main house. They have no access to the Annex and its unlikely you will see them, however you may occasionally hear them out in our garden or if you come to the main house.
Ideally we are looking for a winter let from November-March as we run holiday lets in the summer, but we are happy to be flexible on timings. Also happy to consider Monday-Friday Lets for a reduced rate.
