Lovely ground floor room in a family home

We are a warm and welcoming household looking for someone to share the ground floor of our home.
The double bed has linen provided and we have towels available to use, too. We have a reasonable sized lounge with an open fire and tropical fish tank, a hallway with another fish tank and a dining room which can seat 8 comfortably. The downstairs shower room has a heated towel rail. The kitchen is large and our guest will have their own fridge and cupboard space. There is a freezer in the garage available for our guest's sole use. The utility room has additional cupboard space. All of the kitchen and utility equipment is available to share (washer, tumbler, food processor, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc).
There is ample parking in our quiet close.
We have a patio area in the front garden and a sheltered back garden.
We welcome couples but will ask for additional rent (to £900 per month).
We have shared our home with several people since our children left and have enjoyed having everyone to stay, from the visiting 4 year old daughter, uni students, professionals, my elderly parents to Ukrainian refugees, please come and have a look around and meet us.
