Furnished double room to rent in two bed house.

Room consists of small double bed, double wardrobe chest of draws and desk.

I have a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, rear garden with seating and BBQ facilities for the summer. There is sky tv in the lounge including sports and movies and wireless broadband internet. street parking is available.

The house is just outside of Wimborne, 15 min from Poole and 25 min from Bournemouth

Rent is inclusive of gas, electricity and water(not telephone).

Please note that you must be a dog lover. I have a lovely but sometimes very energetic puppy who is very much part of the home.
