Double room to rent in large 3 bedroom flat

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our 3 bedroom house in central Dorchester. We have good communal facilities with a large living room and large kitchen / dining area.

The room to rent is a semi-furnished double room. The room is large enough to have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We are located 2 minute walk from the high street and also from Brewery Square, which has Nandos, Vivo Lounge, Zizis amongst other restaurants and bars, a cinema, a gym and doctor's surgery. The train station is also a five minute walk away and Dorset County Hospital is a fifteen minute walk.

The nearest large supermarket is Tesco, which is a few minute drive, and there are several other smaller supermarkets within walking distance (Waitrose, Iceland to name a couple). Even though it is a central location, it is a quiet street with little traffic.
