Pretty room in quiet village

Looking to rent my spare room. I'm a fairly quiet person and it's a clean, tidy house. You're welcome to share the kitchen, living area and conservatory. While you're here it's your home too and I hope the house will feel welcoming, friendly and homely. I just ask that you help to keep things clean and tidy. I rented spare rooms for around 5-years before being fortunate enough to get a house of my own so I know what it's like to house share. I've also had a lodger here last year. I'm happy to re-arrange furniture/ furnishings in the spare room to suit your preferences. . Garage/loft space also available to store items.
