Room in central Dorchester for mature female

Dawn, husband Steve and Lucyfur the cat have a medium sized room available in our spacious Victorian terrace house (with garden).

In the North Square area, we're close to the centre of town, 15 minutes walk from the hospital and 5 minutes from walks by the river in beautiful Dorset countryside.

Available from mid-May, this light airy room looks over rolling Dorset fields and the back garden. There's a shower room/toilet just outside the room and we have a cosy living room with a wood burner to keep us warm in the winter.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden. There's also a large bathroom with a bath / shower and a tropical fish tank to stare at whilst relaxing in the bath
