A pretty single room in a Victorian terraced house in the heart of Fordington which is 5 minutes walk from town and transport links. Room to be let with all bills included. Adjacent bathroom to share with house trained grandson ! Use of kitchen / diner and courtyard garden. I have a cocker spaniel who is lively but will melt your heart. Looking for a chilled individual who is in full time employment or training. I would consider a Monday to Friday let if that suits. Parking on street is free but on a first come first served basis.
