Rural location in a country village with an active community and its own pub! House is a 15-20 min drive from Dorchester, 15 min drive from Blandford. Numerous walks in area, garden backs onto fields with farm animals. Pretty area with friendly and active village spirit. Ideal house sharer needs to enjoy rural and quiet location and embrace country life. Nearest shop is 5 mins away in car. Pub is a 5 mins walk away. Please ensure you have a form of transport to get to and from the village. There are NO BUSES to or from the village except a school bus. Dorchester is 20 min drive, Blandford is a 15 mins drive, Weymouth 20-30 mins drive.

Available is a double room with built in wardrobes, your own seperate bathroom with bath and shower (over bath). Furnished room and can include a materess. There are 2 dogs in the house, both spaniels, both soppy, both energetic, both get muddy! So you must like and be comfortable with dogs. Downstairs has a toilet, a lounge with dining area and a big kitchen - these are shared facilities. Outside is a patio and garden...used regularly in summer season with drum BBQ (also can be shared). Wi-Fi all around house. I have no TV subscriptions so if your a fan of Sky or Netflix etc you'd need to supply and pay for own subscription. I am a professional and I work either in the home office or I'm out and about.

Room available from beginning of May 2024 for 3 - 6 month period.
