15 min walk from hospital, 5-10 min to town centre & Brewery square, 10-15 min walk to both trai stations. Close to bus stops.

Room is full furnished (excluding linen) with double bed, bedside table, small wardrobe, large chest of drawers, shoe storage, small sofa, study deak & chair, bookcase and casual table with storage. Bed linen and towels can be provided for additional deposit if required.

Ensuite comes with toilet, baisin, bath with attached shower head and heated towel rail.

Shared space is fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and dining room.

Free on street parking with no permit required.

Share with busy quiet family of 1 parent, 2 teens (and 2 rabbits). Older person & cat in self contained annexe.

Non smoking or vaping and no pets permitted. This room is available to let to medical/nursing or other FEMALE students working at Dorset County Hospital only
