Potential occupant will be responsible for their own living space, and keeping kitchen in a tidy state after use. Communal areas will be attended by a cleaner fortnightly.

The house is a family home occupied by a family member. It is not a party house although occasional social evenings are enjoyed. The owners are overseas and return periodically to stay.
