Hi. I have a spacious single room available in a well-located home in Dorchester. The house is within a short walking distance of the town centre, local shops, bus stops, the train station, and Dorset County Hospital, making it ideal for a working professional.
Available Monday to Friday so ideal for someone who is commuting.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, respectful professional for single occupancy who will enjoy a quiet and comfortable home.

About the room and house:
• Large, spacious room with plenty of storage (as shown in the photos)
• Shared bathroom with shower
• Kitchen access with your own cupboard, fridge shelf, and freezer space
• Use of washing machine and tumble dryer
• Off-road parking available
• Fast broadband included

Bills:
All standard bills are included. A small contribution towards heating may occasionally be requested during the winter if energy use is particularly high.

You will have access to the house, although the living room is not included as a shared space.
