Will have cupboard in the kitchen, shelf in the fridge and space in the freezer. Will also have access to washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is off-road parking available

Bills are included, but I’m contribution towards heating in the winter will be asked for if required
The room itself is spacious with plenty of storage as can be seen in the photos
ID will be asked for and proof of income, rent will be taken a month in advance, content insurance not included
I would be looking for references from previous lodgings if appropriate
