Furnished double room with bills included in a lovely terraced house in Fordington, Dorchester.

I'm offering a furnished double bedroom, with the added bonus of use of the spare bedroom as your own living room/living space for your own use most of the time.

The bedroom has a double bed with drawers underneath, a built in cupboard with a rail and shelf, a large freestanding clothes rail and a chest of drawers, so there's plenty of storage.

Your own living space is the spare bedroom, which has a daybed with sofa cushions so you can lounge and watch TV if you'd like to set one up in there. There's also a desk which you're welcome to use, so it could work nicely as a little living room/study space.

The house has a small kitchen and one bathroom with a shower, both on the ground floor. The kitchen is small, but I'll do my best to make space for your own cooking things, including your own cupboard for plates/pans/food and space in the fridge and freezer :)

There's a small courtyard garden which is lovely in the warmer months and you’re obviously welcome to use.

It's a sweet three floor terraced house in a great location. The top floor is my bedroom, so you'll have your own space downstairs on the middle floor. Bean on the Green coffee shop is directly on the corner of the road, with a chip shop and corner shop 2 mins walk away. Dorchester town centre is around 5 - 10 mins walk.

There isn't a dedicated parking space, so please bear this in mind if you have a car.

I am a warm and friendly person, but like my own space when I'm home from work and at weekends as I have a stressful job and am juggling studies too, so looking for someone with the same energy and who is happy doing their own thing :)

The house is clean and tidy, and good hygiene and cleanliness are very important to me. I work in healthcare, so I'm particularly conscious about things like hand washing and keeping shared spaces clean. I'm therefore looking for someone who has similar standards and habits, as this is important to me.
