The property is a modern 3 bed townhouse located in Poundbury, Dorchester, in quiet surroundings. The room for rent is a first floor double room with a good sized en suite (toilet, basin, good sized shower). Room consists of a double bed, bedside drawers, built in wardrobe and a wall mounted LED TV.
No allocated parking as such but there is ample parking available at the property, on and off street and there's also room in my garage for a bike. A regular bus into Dorchester and Weymouth runs from the bottom of my street and there's a 'Little Waitrose' under 5 mins walk away.
All bills are included along with wi-fi broadband. I'm an easy going, easy to get on with professional male, who would like a tennant who is tidy and respectful of my property and my neighbours.

If you only intend staying Mon - Fri then the room price is negotiable.
