Hi,

I have 3 large double rooms to rent in Dorchester close to the town centre (15 mn walk) and the hospital (5 mn walk). I would like to rent to reliable professionals who will treat the house and other flatmates with respect. The house is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and extra cloakroom .
Bedroom 1 is a large loft conversion with ensuite.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the 1st floor and share a bathroom.
All rooms are furnished with a double or king size bed and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is very modern.
Bills and wifi are included.
Off road parking at the front.
Cleaning will be done weekly in shared areas.
As the house is up for sale, the rooms are only available for a few months.
