2 Professionals Seeking Flatmate

Our current housemate is moving out at the end of our 12 month contract. Rather than downsize we want to try and get a housemate in as we really like the house. It's in a good area and we really like living there. Its a 2 year old house and has all modern fixtures and fittings. Fully furnished bar your bedroom. You'd be living with 2 laid back guys in a very clean and well presented house. Sky and Broadband is included in the rent. Your room is a double room with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor house. 1st floor - Downstairs toilet, hallway, fully fitted kitchen, large livings room, back garden with small patio. 2nd floor - Landing, bedroom 1 & 2, shared bathroom (only the 2 people on that floor share), storage cupboard (like an airing cupboard). 3rd floor - En-suite double bedroom.
