Double room for rent in shared flat

I am looking for a flat mate to share my two bedroom flat with. The room available is a spacious double room with a bed and a bit of furniture already in it. There's one bathroom that has just had a new shower fitted. Big kitchen with everything needed such as washing machine and tumble dryer.
