Friendly household seeking a quiet tidy person :)

I am a live in landlady, with two others already here. We are a friendly group and I am looking for someone to fill the spare room which has recently become available. You are welcome to use the kitchen, lounge, conservatory and garden. There is parking available. We share the bathroom, but we are all tidy and so you would need to clear up after yourself to maintain a good level of hygiene. We often mill around chatting together, but there are times. when each of us go to our rooms or are out for the evening. It is a quiet, homely, friendly household with no pets. There are enough reception rooms for us to be comfortably spread out. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and tidy.

The home if furnished and comfy. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is walking distance into town and DCH. The Trumpet Major pub is a 3minute walk and does 2-4-1 meals. You will have your own double room with bed and wardrobes supplied. Bills and broadband are included.

Housemates work professionally full time and are friendly and quiet. We work well together and sharing facilities is not a problem. I am looking for someone who is able to compliment and fit in with the household.
