Room available for a quiet tidy person :)

I am a live in landlady, generally at home with my partner. We are a friendly couple and I am looking for someone to rent the spare room which has recently become available. You are welcome to use the kitchen, lounge, conservatory and garden. There is parking available. We will all share the bathroom, so you would need to clear up after yourself to maintain a good level of hygiene. It is a quiet, homely household with no pets. There are enough reception rooms for us to be comfortably spread out. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and tidy.

The home if furnished and comfy. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is walking distance into town and DCH. The Trumpet Major pub is a 3minute walk and does cheap and cheerful meals. You will have your own double room with bed and wardrobes supplied. Bills and broadband are included.

My partner and I work full time and generally work from home. I am looking for someone who is also working full time.
