A nice double room with en-suite for rent for one person,, not far from Dorchester town centre , the area is Poundbury,
Lovely flat very comfortable.

Their are some small rules here. Washing machine use, etc,

No antisocial behaviour “slamming” doors etc

Departure is normally by 1pm the day of leaving, but you can speak to me if theirs a problem. As someone else could be moving in.

Deposits are normally taken, to cover damage to a room, or to hold a room.
So long as one agrees a moving in date.
