Furnished single room available

I am currently living in Australia and therefore have a spare furnished single bedroom available now until January 2019. The accommodation is in a two bedroom flat in Fordington, Dorchester. You must be clean and tidy and will be sharing with a young professional female. The bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas you would be sharing so I would expect you to treat the flat with respect by cleaning after yourselves when you have used the shared areas.
A local shop on the corner, pub and a fish and chip shop are all really close by. Town centre is about a 10-15 min walk. Bills are included. There is a small outdoors decking area which is also shared. There is a small amount of WIFI (enough for facebook etc) available. Will need a reference and a deposit. Females preferred.
