Beautiful country thatched cottage situated in a small village just outside Dorchester. Martinstown is only 3 miles from Dorchester and 7 from Weymouth it's the prefect place to be!

The cottage over the years have had extensions turning it into an impressive z-shaped bungalow style cottage. Also with a quirky garden running from a great BBQ patio area the garden is full of potential fun and excitement.

The annex is at one end of the house with its own entrance to and from. A single or small double room, with ensuit shower. The room currently (can be changed to suit) consists of a sofa bed, chest of draws, wardrobe single bed (at current), and dressing/desk table area. It has all that you could need.
Ensuit consisting of a toilet sink and electric shower.
Your very own kitchen too! Another room with a small kitchen area for your use too.
But don't feel that cause you have your own area you can't share the spacious country style kitchen diner with arga and lounge area seating 7 people.

Parking for 4 cars that has privacy behind large wooden gates.

There's also a guest toilet and main bathroom with a bath. Along with a spare room/office which can be used by guests and family if needs be.

My daughter who is 3.5 years lives in the cottage with us, she's a darling and goes to nursery 4 days a week. The way the house is laid out means our bedrooms are at the other end of the cottage.
I'm a 29 year old single mum and work from home ( i have a office for this). I run a holiday home business but always tend to work out on jobs on Fridays.

We are very friendly and always like to go the extra mile for people.
