All bills included, Two toilets, shared bathroom and kitchen. shared dining and living room. On and of road parking, large garden front and back. Third Bedroom has fridge/freezer in it, yours to use also has some storage.
There is a Washing machine, Dishwasher, fan double oven cooker, Unlimited 50 meg fibre and oil heating. There's a Mira electric shower, bath can be used.
You would buy your own food/toiletries and help keep shared areas clean.
You can change colour of walls and you can hang pictures etc. If your pet can live in your room then shouldn't be a problem (will consider pets)
I have a dog who is my biggest consideration and chickens who live in harmony together.
