Double bedroom in Easton Cottage with friendly cat

Hello, I am looking to find someone to house share with, in Easton. The house is in need of some renovation overall, but it is a lovely home, and the bedroom advertised has been freshly decorated.

The house is split over three levels, and has a large private garden, the living space is generous with separate lounge, kitchen and dining room.

The bedroom is on the first floor, close the a small toilet and sink room, the main bathroom is downstairs, as is sometimes the way with older properties.

I have a friendly older, white cat, someone who likes living with pets would be a huge advantage.

Sorry I can't welcome anyone with cats or dogs (other more contained pets will be considered!)

I am away from time to time, so someone who would also enjoy looking after the cat, when I am away, would be ideal!
