Looking for a lodger in stunning cottage in Eype

Hello,

I am about to move into this stunning cottage in Eype on the 1st November, but I am looking for a lodger.

Short or long term, full or part time. Full time it is £785 per month each including bills, open to discussion if part time.

I'm a hard working professional and really enjoy my job. I keep a very orderly home and expect the same from you also. I have a cat called Bugsy, but he does not get on with other animals, so you wouldn't be able to have a pet there.

I moved to Bridport over a year ago and I'm beyond happy to be moving into such a cosy home along my favourite part of this coast!

This is a 300-year-old character cottage in Eype village 10 minute walk from the beach.

The accommodation offers two double bedrooms upstairs and one single bedroom/study downstairs:

Master double room with far reaching views of Thorncombe Beacon and a double room on the road side. There is a shower room & toilet upstairs.

Open plan lounge with a wood burning stove. The other heating is electric.

Kitchen/diner with integrated dishwasher, electric oven, hob and microwave. Dining table seats 4 (if required).

Up short stairs to the utility room and 3rd single bedroom/study - there is a washer and tumble dryer, with ceiling clothes drying frame and a fridge freezer.

2 Pets welcome.

There are 2 decks, one at the bottom of the lawned garden and behind the back door. There is a back gate leading on to an alley between Hydrangea and Honeysuckle Cottages which you are welcome to use. Tenant responsible for care of garden.

One car parking space available off road 3 minutes walk away.

Available unfurnished apart from beds or furnished as per pictures.

Cottage within 30 minutes walking distance of Bridport market town.
