We run a peaceful holiday park in Eype, Dorset. During the winter months we have short term lets available, up to the easter holidays. Price is £900 per 28 days, which inclusive of all fees (including council tax, furnishings, cookware, etc) apart from electricity. Bedding and towels not provided.
We have a mix of one and two bedroomed (these cost more) detached lodges. Each one has a living area with full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom plus a fenced private outdoor garden at the back of the property. 5 mins walk from the sea, 5 mins drive to Morrisons.
After the winter season we cannot honour any more stays, as we will have guests coming for the Easter holidays.
We require a reference, details of a guarantor and a copy of your ID in order to complete the stay.
