Warm (full week letting) furnished single room with built in wardrobes in 3 bed modern Covid 19 compliant house in private road with easy parking. Owner occupied Sunday to Sunday letting available --- house not multi let. All facilities inc flat screen TV with Sky, WiFi, kitchen with all appliances, washer/drier, ironing board and iron, diner, lounge, bathroom. I am sometimes away from home so professional responsible person preferred please. 150 metres from bus to Poole town centre, journey time app 15 mins and 5 minutes to Ferndown shopping or Bournemouth Airport. If study time is needed this is a quiet and clean home with all suitable facilities -- a warm home from home that you can treat as such. Rent includes all bills.
Present lodger states complete satisfaction during stay but will be vacating.
