Central Ferndown above the shops. Parking is available down the street. Furnished room with a double bed & en-suite to let in a spacious 2 storey maisonette from the 1st of June. We currently have 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms so plenty of space for everyone. The bedroom has been redecorated & carpeted since the photos were taken, but we had a new tenant move in immediately before we could take new photos. The room will be fully cleaned before a new tenant moves in. You have your own wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and big TV with WiFi available.

The whole maisonette is newly decorated with new kitchen & bathrooms which is kept clean & tidy. The tenant has their own fridge & storage in the kitchen.

We are a quiet, friendly family including 2 babies hence why we prefer a female in the house. We keep ourselves to ourselves and are happy to give space to any potential tenant. If you have any questions or wish to have a viewing - please feel free to ask!
