Single furnished room for rent to a professional person. Ideally Monday to Friday but would consider full time.

Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

Very quiet home which we share with an old Labrador. Would consider you bringing your own dog.

Don't mind if your a smoker as long as you smoke outside.
