Double Room for rent with en-suite

Smugglers Cottage is an old 1500’s built, thatched property within walking distance to Ferndown town centre. There is a super market (Sainsburys) only a 3 minute walk from the home, as well takeaway restaurants and convenience stores. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs and you have a choice (from 3, on the other side of the house from where I stay) of which room you would like. You effectively have half the house which is separated from my living space. There are no other occupants.
The property has a large garden, parking for multiple cars and I also keep 8 chickens in the garden if you enjoy fresh eggs. It really is a beautiful home. Bills are included, wifi is excellent and there is sky television in the lounge. The property used to be a Bed and Breakfast before I purchased it.
