Large, bright double room for single occupant

This is a large double for a single ,mature(like me), professional lady in my newly refurbished bungalow close to Ferndown centre. You will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite. The garden is particularly lovely. References will be checked and dbs is preferred. Only non smokers with no criminal record please. I’m a friendly retired teacher and work as a dog groomer. You will need to like dogs as I have 2 calm, elderly Border Terriers.
