Single room offered in bungalow well placed for all amenities ( no 13 bus) Ferndown . Present occupants 2 teenage boys 14 and 15 and Nan aged 70 . Plus big dozy dog and a tortoise . Prospective Tennant needs to be working ,it’s a working studying household not suitable for daytime tv types . Full use of family room , no need to stay in room but it’s often occupied ( mostly by dog and the rest of us ) Use of kitchen , garden , bbq , laundry room and summerhouse weight room . .
