Share of large house & garden in the countryside

Having stated "1" on "Rooms available", you would in fact have access to nearly the whole house!

I really want someone pretty well-informed OR at least educationally inquisitive.

Out of the many hundreds of "Interests" to choose from, not one of them is Photography. Weird.

Double room looking onto garden, own bathroom.

Nearest shop 2.5 miles, public transport 3 miles. Nearest station 12.5 miles (Gillingham, Dorset). Plenty of pubs nearby.

Oil heating (no gas).

My council tax is high, tax band E.
Oil is exactly double the price of the last time tank was filled. But the £100 would still include your bills - provided you don't waste; think Green!
