Share of large house & garden in the countryside

I said one room is available, but you would have access to most of the house.

Having stated "female", it IS possible I will accept a male!

I really want someone pretty well-informed OR at least educationally inquisitive.

Out of the many hundreds of "Interests" of the landlord to choose from, not one of them is Photography. Weird.

Double room looking onto garden, own bathroom.

Nearest shop 2.5 miles, public transport 3 miles. Nearest station 12.5 miles (Gillingham, Dorset). Plenty of pubs nearby.

Oil heating (no gas).

My council tax is high, tax band E.
Oil is exactly double the price of the last time tank was filled. But the £100 would still include your bills - provided you don't waste; think Green!
