Home from home with sea view.

Hi,
We're Lou & Andy and we are looking for a housemate for the 4th bedroom. Our home is on Portland, Dorset and we are lucky enough to have a sea view from the lounge and front rooms. As well as outstanding walks along the coast and the old quarries of Portland.

The transport links are excellent with the No1 bus running regularly throughout Portland over to Weymouth. From here links to other areas via bus are easily accessible. Weymouth also has an excellent rail network.

We are both none smokers, however Andy does vape. Smokers considered just not in the house. We have 2 dogs and 1 bunny so you need to be happy around animals.
We both work full time.
I am a restaurant manager and Andy is a bus driver. We love being out and about. We both fish, swim, paddleboard and love taking the dogs out for walks. We have a 2 working cocker spaniels. We also enjoy music, food, pubs and film nights.

The room includes all bills as well as excellent internet. The bedroom is a double room and furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and lounge is shared with ourselves. Parking is on the road, 1st come 1st served. You would have access to all normal facilities within our home, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
