Lovely double room in spacious victorian house

Large double room in older property. Room can be fully furnished or if preferred can bring own bed.

Shared use of: large bathroom inc bath and separate shower, large lounge, has sitting area and table, smaller kitchen, downstairs utility and toilet, garden.

My current lodger has been here for a few years and is quiet and generally keeps himself busy or out. I am working and frequently living away from the house but return from time to time. It is a friendly household at present but generally live very seperatly, mainly out at work and busy.

Would suit similar.

Reasonable bill useage included in rent including an excellent broadband connection.
