Double room/flatshare in Christchurch

The room is in a large 2 bed apartment with plenty of natural daylight, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the main road in Highcliffe.

There is parking for one car at the rear of the building. There is no balcony but unofficially I do use the flat roof as a terrace. There are communal gardens.

The room comes furnished and includes use of a shared bathroom, although you will be the main user of the bathroom as I have an ensuite. The kitchen and living/dining room are shared. Fast broadband, gas, electric, water and council tax included.

The most important thing will be to 'fit in', sociable and share keeping the place clean and tidy. The flat is in a quiet development of just 11 apartments but 21 years ago and where it's good to be considerate towards the neighbours.

I own the apartment and occupy the main bedroom, essentially you will be sharing the flat with me. I work for the NHS managing GP services and I currently work from home.

I must emphasise that the room does not become available till 8th June at the earliest, when my current long term lodger leaves to take up a new job elsewhere.
