Double room in large bungalow. Minutes to beach

Hello, thank you for coming across this advert.
First, I am advertising this on behalf of my father Andrew.

We are advertising a double room in my fathers three bedroom bungalow.

The bungalow has been recently refurbished and currently has a couple of small projects to finish. By no means a building site :)

The bungalow has three bedrooms, two shower rooms, and an open planned kitchen, dinning and lounge.
All areas apart from the bedrooms are shared.
There is also a large garden with a summer house which is ideal for relaxing when watching the sun go down :)
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and of course a clothes line :)

The bungalow is a 5 minute walk to the high street shops with a Tesco metro, Co op, takeaways, restaurants, cafes and of course charity shops. The beach would take around 10 minutes to walk to.

There is a train station a little walk away which can take you into London in about 1hr 30 minutes.

Highcliffe has plenty to do with places in easy reach. You have the new forest, beach, Southampton, Bournemouth and much more.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with a solid double bed. Comfortable mattress as well. It has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. All see in the photos.
The room looks out into the garden and is is bright with plenty of sun shinning through.
There will be a lock on the door and we would like you to supply your own bedding if possible.

x x x A little about my father (the landlord) x x x
My father is a retired widow, who has a very large house just for himself and as a result has the space for a house mate.
He won't be at the house all the time as from time to time spends time with his elderly mother to care for her. Dad will be found most of the time busy on projects in the house, out for a dog walk, visiting his adult children, chilling watching the TV and he can be sociable if you fancy a chat.
He is clean, tidy, quiet and expects his future house mate to be clean and respectable of the house.

Dad will want you to feel at home. However, he wants someone who is not a party animal in the home and someone who respects the house. Dad would like a professional working person. If you would like a chat Dad is happy to as well, but equally if you would like your own space Dad will respect this..

Bills are included apart from gas. This, can be discussed when we chat on inspection.
