Furnished double bedroom

I have a ground floor double bedroom with ample wardrobe space to rent, Train station is a short walk away.

There is One main bathroom with both and shower, a downstairs cloakroom, a utility, a lovely kitchen which has been hand built with full appliances . The garden is landscaped.

The landlord and his partner has 3 German Shepard dogs, we don’t hardly stay at the property , we stay in London with our dogs mostly, when we are staying our dogs have their own area in the garden and have crates to sleep in at night. My house is a 6 bedroom. I also have a conservatory which the landlord and dogs only use. The landlord and partner has their own ensuite which they only use.

Who ever would like to live in my house must respect others, and treat my house / home as their own, be clean and tidy, someone who is a happy go lucky friendly.
