I have one double room to rent in a modern 4 bed detached house. Shared with myself (live in landlady) and a maximum of 1 other female lodger. The location is 10-15 minutes walk to Christchurch Sainsbury's, Friars Cliff beach and bus stops.

Room 1 NOW LET - £550 pcm: double containing double bed with storage, built-in double mirrored wardrobe with hanging rail and shelving, bedside draws , wall mounted Smart TV, small chest of draws. Ceiling fan with remote, air conditioning with remote. Overlooks quiet south facing rear garden.
*Additional wardrobe space in empty 3rd bedroom if required.

Room 2 AVAILABLE - £500 pcm: smaller double containing double bed with storage, 2 free-standing double wardrobes, one with draws below and one mirrored , 1 x chest of draws. Bedside draw and shelving unit, large wall mounted Smart TV, Ceiling fan with remote, air conditioning with remote. Overlooks front of house.

Shared open plan kitchen/dining room with TV. A six shelf larder cupboard is provided for each lodger along with fridge/freezer space. The utility room has a washing machine. There is drying space in the airing cupboard and an outdoor rotary clothes lines.

Family Bathroom: shared with just one other female lodger as I have my own en-suite. Bath, sink, toilet, power shower, storage in cabinet, towel rail. Also downstairs w. c.

Parking space on double drive plus plenty of parking outside house on quiet road, use of garden, patio. Locked bike storage space in part of the garage.

Rent: can be paid weekly if preferred.
Includes: all bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax), WiFi, weekly cleaning lady for your room. Hot water always available.

Me: I am an easy going shift working professional lady (straight) who gets on with all age groups. This is a very relaxed house and you are free to come and go as you please.

I am Looking for a friendly lady who is strictly non-smoking, very clean, tidy and is a full time working professional (35+ hours per week). You must be respectful of others in the house - I. e. no banging doors, no showers at midnight, loud tv etc.

*Shift workers very welcome.
