Lovely large double room to rent in a detached family home, within a 5 minute walk of the main Charminster high street which is a vibrant multicultural area of Bournemouth. The high street has various shops, cafes and restaurants. It also has good transport links for the town centre, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Bournemouth University and further travel links.

This is a room within a family home occupied by myself, teenage daughter and sister. We also share the space with our two friendly medium size dogs, four cats and a tortoise, so must be an animal lover.

There is no off road parking but plenty of street parking is available.

We have fast Wi-Fi (Virgin fibre) which is included in the rent.

Communal areas include the kitchen and shower room which are to be kept clean and tidy by all occupants.
