Two unfurnished rooms are available in a well-maintained shared cottage. The first is a spacious double room located on the first floor, while the second is a large single room situated on the ground floor at the front of the house. Both rooms share a large family bathroom and benefit from the character and charm of a traditional cottage, including slightly lower ceilings.

The property runs on oil, which covers the heating and hot water and is topped up annually—this is included in the room cost. Council tax (Band D) is also included. Broadband is available, and I'm happy to split the cost with housemates.
