Hi, I am a 38 yr old female offering a room in my house which I share with my children. Their ages from 3-19, although the 19 yr old is off to uni too in 3 weeks. I would preferably have a student who goes home in the summer, however this can be discussed.
The room house a double bed, space for hanging, desk, drawers, tv/dvd player and looks out onto back garden. Our house can be busy at times, due to my children coming and going but they are polite and appreciate students need to study as I am a student myself.
