Spacious, well-appointed and with garden views, The Garden Apartment is a bright, homely space where you can relax and unwind. Beautiful beaches are only a short walk away, as is an array of shops and eateries and the world renowned Sandbanks peninsula.

We are looking for a professional Monday to Friday let, having just said goodbye to our contractor who has been with us for 1.5yrs. Our previous tenant stayed with us for 3yrs. We are a family of four living above the apartment.

The Garden Apartment features: Private entrance, king size bed, wifi, smart TV, Bose stereo, laundry & towels, regular clean. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Please no smoking, no pets, single occupancy only. Professionals preferred.
